Enable the Wi-Fi

  2. Go through the apps, and tap on Settings.

Restart the Router

Forget the Wi-Fi Network

If you are unable to join a particular network on your iOS device, then you can try forgetting the network and then join it again. Here is how you can do that:
  • Firstly, open the Settings application on your iPhone or iPad.
  • After that, scroll to the Wi-Fi section and tap on it.
  • In the Wi-Fi Settings screens, go to Choose A Network.
  • Now, select the network that you are unable to join.
  • After that, choose Forget This Network from the screen.
  • Now, you will be prompted to confirm that you wish to forget the selected Wi-Fi network.
  • Select the Forget option.
  • Go back to the Settings app.
  • Scroll to Wi-Fi and tap on it.
  • Now, select the Network you wish to join.
  • Key in the passcode for the Wi-Fi network in order to rejoin it.
